Week 6
During the feedback session, I received the suggestion to search for the copyright issues and global market of the music. While searching for the articles, number of them are too deep in law of the copyright and find that it is not related to the creative media. I also searched for different methods of sound design and its effectiveness of reducing the production time.
These are the final chosen articles for critical review :

FEEDBACK
Week 5
No tutorial session due to public holiday (Vesak day)
Week 6
General Feedback :Critical review is not a summary of the articles, we need to think
critically while reading, eg ) why is this article not understandable?
.Use Mendeley to note down while reading and use Taylors Library also.
Specific Feedback : Search for articles about global market, its content, copyright
Week 7
Specific Feedback : Do not search about composing music, I must focus on cheaper methods of
sound production. There are many ways for sound production such as
outsourcing.
REFLECTION
Experience
This assignment took a lot of time to select and read the articles. At first, I read only abstract and predict that the content is relevant to my research, however, as I read, the content is totally unrelated and as a result, I wasted a lot time. I did not have any confident and lost, what keywords to use to find the reference articles. Moreover, writing the review was the most challenging, and faced the language barrier.
Observation
It takes a long time to digest the article as a number of them used examples of the film that I never heard before. So, it was difficult to understand what the writer intended to elaborate about. Also, it was challenging to search directly on the my research topic, budget issues in production.
Finding
Making the habit of annotating and highlighting while reading the articles are really helpful when I start writing the review. It benefits me to summarize the content, and easier to find the important points.
